Dealing with Dry Mouth & Throat / Sjogren's Syndrome

Without being able to generate saliva at night, I went through spells of losing my voice. These are the things I do to deal with my not being able to produce saliva especially at night. I also TRY to sleep on my back (so the little bit of moisture I have, can run down my throat).
