Neutral Ending: Escape the Backrooms.

Good Ending: Finish the "Freedom" route by finding level 42.1, the level where The Backroom Boy originates from, and defeating him in there.

Bad Ending: Lose the fight on level 42.1 in the "Freedom" route. There's no going back. Your safe file is corrupted.

True Ending: Find level 42.1, but instead of fighting The Backroom Boy, lure him all the way back to level 0, where he will be filled with nostalgia back from when he first entered the Backrooms, which will fill his heart with fire, and consider the possibility of returning to the normal world.

Secret Ending: Finish the "The Backroom Soldier" route by starting a multiplayer server and copying the save file into a singleplayer world. Then take the "Freedom" route, but lose the fight in level 42.1. Instead of getting the Bad Ending, The Backroom Boy turns the player into The Backroom Soldier.

Canon Ending: Replay the game after you've finished the "The Backroom Soldier" route, and find level 42.1.
