• Banded Trapbar Deadlift (5 sets of 5 reps)
• Box Jump (5 sets of 5 reps)
• Sled Push to Sprint (5 rounds of 20 yards)
• Rotational Med Ball Throw (3 sets of 5 slams per side)
• Lat Pulldown (3 sets of 15 reps)
• Dumbbell Lateral Raise (3 sets of 15 reps)
