3 Ways to Beat the Monday Blues
Are you trying to have a happy monday? Are you trying to escape from your monday blue? Monday blue, typically in the morning, is a sad feeling or slight depression that we feel when we join the work after a weekend or after a break. In this video, Dr. Thomas Ungar, psychiatrist-in-chief, at St. Michael's Hospital shares his tips on how to deal with the Monday Blues.
