Touch sensitive light switch circuit diagram

Touch sensitive switch is a cool electronics project that makes you open or close electric appliance such as light bulb, electric fan by just soft touch on a touch sensor.

The touch sensor working range is 0.3 cm so, you can hide the sensor under any plastic material and make a beautiful flat panel light switch.

IC1 CD4013BE
Transistor BD140 PNP type
5 volts relay
TTP223b touch sensor module
R1,R3,R4 = 2 Kilo-ohms
R2 value is 100 kilo-ohms
LED = warm white led but you can change it to another color as you wish
