Third Party Conflict Intervention

In this video, Regents Professor of Communication Chris Segrin examines third-party conflict interventions and reviews the social science research on when it makes sense to intervene in a conflict between two other people. He will also discuss conditions of the conflict that should be considered before intervening.
Chris Segrin is the Steven and Nancy Lynn Professor of Communication and the head of the University of Arizona Department of Communication. This video is part of the “Our Workplace” video series, presented by the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences Faculty Affairs & Inclusion team.
