Dr. Cynthia Kudji Sylvester and Dr. Jasmine Kudji made headlines in 2020 when they became one of the first mother / daughter duos to be matched with the same hospital to complete their residency. Dr. Cynthia was in her late 40s at the time, but never gave up on the dream that was further inspired by her daughter. They join our episode titled, “It Gets Greater Later.”
