Smart Car door skin removal

A three minute video of removing the door skin on a 2009 Smart Car.
For the most part, shot in real time. (Small edit while I struggled with the side mirror connector.... You really do need a screwdriver to lift the tab to get it undone).
This is only the second time I have removed the skins. The first time took me about 10 minutes. As you can see, once you do it that first time, the next time its a LOT quicker.

Putting the skin on is just the reverse. Put the skin on the back of the door with the skin slid forward.
Make sure the bottom of the door is on at the front, then slide the skin back. Make sure you have the three tabs engaged at top of the skin near the window.
Slide the door handle forward and put the two screws in and thats about it.

One small thing I noticed, we started the car with the drivers door skin removed and found we could not turn the car off. I had to pull the fuel pump fuse to get the car to stop. We found that once we plugged the drivers rear view mirror in, the car turned off as normal. Weird. But thats what we found.
