Designed by Santiago Calatrava, it engulfed the modest sum of $4 billion in construction costs and opened on March 3, 2016. The light, the architecture, the space(s), the exteriors, the ambiance, the atmosphere, the overall design, the detailing - looks to me like every cent was worth it 😉
