Combining a Tyre Insert with an Inner Tube | Bike Hack

Tubes puncture easily on sharp impacts and tubeless with a foam insert is puncture proof, but has its own set of problems. So I thought, why not combine the two and make an inner tube with a tyre insert inside it, to have a mess free system that still offers impact protection?
