1. How To Trim Or Cut A Long Bob
You will need a pointed comb, scissors, clips, and a water sprayer to moisten the hair.
Select the sides from the crown to the ear. Make vertical partitions from the crown to the neck, and make sure they all start from the same point. Start with the first section, hold your hair with your fingers, and cut the desired length. Brush the next section of hair, and take the first cut as your guide. Do the same for the next section. Brush your hair to check for any unevenness. Take a thin hair section, and place it behind your ear, to see the difference between the hair from the back, and the hair to the front. If there’s any difference, cut at the same length. Do the same for the remaining hair. Repeat this process for the other side. When you finish, check if your hair is the same length on both sides.
2. How To Trim Or Cut Long Hair
Bring all your hair forward, and secure it with a hair tie. Breathe deeply, and cut your desired length. Brush it all to the back, to see if it looks even. If you have any long hair parts left in the back, section your hair and chop section by section. Cut it until is even. Brush the front hair and cut the desired length.
Tie your hair in a ponytail to cut any long hair remained.
If you want to style it, you can use a heat protectant, blow dry your hair, and put it in rollers.
3. How To Trim Or Cut Medium Length Hair
Comb your hair, and tie the front sections first. You are going to cut right below the first hair tie. Make sure how long or short you want hair to be after you chop it. The second hair tie, is going to hold your hair so it doesn’t fall on the floor once you cut it. Split the back section into two, and make sure you tie your hair with the rubber bands towards the back. Do the same thing to the other side and the front part. After you put all your har ties where you wanted, place the second ones…. Make sure the back hair ties are a little shorter than the ones in the front, so that they are at an angle towards the front. Next, cut your hair right below the first hair tie. After you cut all 6 ponytails, make sure they are as straight as possible.
If you want to style it with a wavy hair you can blow dry it and curl it with a curling iron.
