this cell phone is really bad , felt 2 times from my hand to the floor , very light felt and 2 times the screen crack , factory send me the part with the video how to change , i did by my self very easy but to take of the back i used heat gun , but today i don't want to cell anymore and i buy the DOOGEE S90 Modular , i think all video demontration about Blackview BV9600 Pro are fake , because if let the Blackview BV9600 Pro felt for sur the is going to crack.
