Android Lite and Go apps are ideal for e-readers

Large and small companies have been issuing Lite and GO apps to target the developing world. They are designed to be 2MB to 5MB fully installed and are geared towards lower end smartphones with 2G connections. This makes them really ideal for e-readers.

This video gives you a sense on how Kindle Lite, Spotify Lite, Instagram Lite and Google Go web browser work on an e-ink device. Peter and Michael were really impressed on their functionality.
