Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is an overall framework for conceiving and designing projects using multidisciplinary computer-generated models that illustrate and analyze the entire life cycle of the project, including the design and construction processes, schedule, logistics and cost.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) uses advanced 3D modeling to present a wealth of digital information about the attributes and functional properties of specific objects within a building or facility.

VDC and BIM technologies enable us to coordinate various design disciplines, simulate construction planning and sequencing, evaluate multiple scenarios and resolve potential construction conflicts virtually, thus avoiding costly changes during construction.
