My New Workshop

I thought I would make a quick video to give you an update on my new workshop and go over the progress that I've made so far. I plan on using the space for woodworking and metalworking. Most of the shop is complete but there are still a few things to be done. I will do an official shop tour later in the year after adding new dust collection and getting things organized. Since a few people have asked for the cost of the shop, here is a rough breakdown of the build (So far). I'm sure prices would be different for other parts of the country/world
Building permits =$500
Concrete slab = $4500
Metal building (installed) = $9600
Electric service = $2400
Closed cell spray foam insulation = $3000
HVAC (Craigslist find) = $350
Plywood, screws and paint (So far) = $500
Total = $20,850
(Carolina Carports 20ftwx40ftLx9ft tall walls, 2 roll up doors, 1 entry door, upgraded from 140mph to 180mph wind rating.)
