Alabama Hardwoods Turkey Hunt- Turkeys All Around Me

This was an incredible morning of turkey hunting and observation. My brother was supposed to hunt with me, but an overnight child sickness trumped turkey hunting. I went alone and debated whether or not to take the camera, ultimately deciding I should. I knew where these turkeys would likely end up, and although I didn't much care to tote a camera, tripod, and decoy through the woods by myself, I knew the hen decoy might be just enough to take the attention off of me and the camera in these wide open woods. Several times throughout the hunt, I might could have swung and forced a shot, but there was something special about sitting undetected in the middle of all these turkeys that I didn't want to disturb the spring process. I also felt that if I waited long enough, one might just walk in front of me instead of behind me for an easy shot. You'll be able to hear drumming fairly often in this video, which can be heard better through surround sound or some type of speakers that have good bass pickup. Hope you enjoy
