Due to Covid19 we cannot demonstrate the reservation process in our school so as an alternative way, we are told to film ourselves and upload it here in YouTube.
The reservation process is the first step by which the rooms are being booked before guests arrive, ensuring that the rooms are available upon the time the expected guests check-in. Of course, it is also the stage where a guest to choose their preferred hotel. Front office agents must successfully describe the hotel, its facilities, room rates and amenities to be able to sell a room.
