Measurements

Cardstock or double sided pattern paper
Cut at 4" x 11''
on the 11' side, score: 1 1/2", 6 1/2" and 6 3/4"
Cut another paper at 4 1/2" x 4 1/4"
on the 4 1/2" score at 1/2" and 4"
on the 4 1/4" score at 4"
