Annuit Co.

During the editing process I don't really have an accurate sense of how close or far things will be once it's in VR, so I'm glad this worked out so well.

The effect using the yellow from the flowers and such was created using Imagemagick "liquid rescale" and then applied to a plane with shape keys in blender to change it from filling the camera view as a square to fitting the shape of the triangle. I slid the middle frames a bit to make sure the depth didn't clip into the background, but I didn't intend for it to swoop forward like it does.

I really like how the top of the pyramid looks in 3D. Terrifying, yes.
I left out the eyelash details but I considered them. Also I used black mortar that is not inset, whereas he usually has bright yellow mortar with a slight inset, so I took some liberties with the design.

Music this time is a mash-up piano composition of a couple of things with some original bits too. I usually compose my own stuff entirely but this was a mash up I really wanted to try: ˙ƃuos ǝɯ ǝɥʇ sllɐℲ ʎ ʇᴉʌɐɹפ ǝɥʇ --&-- Ai pɹᴉǝM ʎq ƃuoɹʍ sᴉ ʍouʞ noʎ ƃuᴉɥʇ ʎɹǝʌƎ
