How to make cards with napkins / AMAZING “new” tip / Beginners / “Iron-on” Plastic Wrap & Mod Podge

Turning napkins into cards and envelopes is one of my favorites things to decoupage.
I use plastic wrap, Mod Podge and the “iron-on” technique. Pretty simple, right?
I made it EVEN SIMPLER with my newest tip! Easier means quicker and more fun!
