Ninja Turtle Balloon

I learned this Ninja Turtle balloon animal from Micheal Floyd at balloon-animals.com a few years ago. It's a great character and always a favorite of not only kids, but adults who were younger when the Ninja Turtles were first introduced through movies and cartoons. Most of the interested adults know the names of the Ninja Turtles by the color of the bandanna. This is a nice balloon character to have in your twisting assets and I have it requested a lot. Great birthday party theme too.
