✿Tasty CHEESECAKE with Berries | Super Easy Recipe | It's Time to Cook!

Delicious and beautiful cheesecake at home ❤

This cheesecake is ten times better than the one you buy at a fancy bakery, and it’s super easy to make.

Ingredients-

For the crust-

350g of cookies
120g of unsalted butter, melted
1) mix together
2) spray form pan with oil
3) bake for 8 minutes at 350’C and set aside
For the filling-

700g cream cheese, room temperature
200g of sugar
3 eggs, add one by one
100ml of heavy cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Zest of 1 small Lemon
80g all purpose flour
1) mix together all of the filling ingredients, until thoroughly combined
2) pour the mixture over your crust
3) pour the water into the roasting pan
4) bake for 1 hour at 150’C
5) Turn off the oven and crack the door open for 20min
6) Cool completely, then transfer to a fridge and cool overnight
7) Drizzle the preserves or jam evenly over the top
8) Scatter fresh berries all over the top
