Crazy family next door neighbours check it out. Part 1

This is what I have been putting up with for three years. He has called the police four times in the last three years. The officer came back to me and told me and I quote “ be careful he’s trying to use the race card on you”. I know he should be picking up his teeth but it’s not worth it. Have a look at his two kids also. He’s called us names, he has taken a poke at a passed away parent and he also said I made a sexual comment to his daughter. Note I have a daughter myself. If I had said or displayed any of what he said to me I would be taken away. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do?
