I dry aged a NY strip in beef fat & this happened! Did my Beef tallow DRY AGE experiment work?

I've seen a butter dry age but not beef tallow so thats we are testing today; does dry aging our steak in garlic, rosemary & thyme infused beef fat make for a better dry aged steak?
