You MUST Do These 3 Gym Exercises🤔

Unless you are a powerlifter, you are not tied up to any exercise in your training.

Remember this, we want to train movement patterns, not specific exercises.

You can train your legs hard with a Split Squat instead of a Barbell Squat. A Dumbbell Bench Press will train your chest similarly well as a Barbell Bench Press, as supported by muscle activation research [1].

So select exercises based on your current training needs, not based on what's "popular" at the moment.

Of course, there's a reason compound exercises like the Barbell Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlifts are so popular. They are highly effective. But there is no "must-do" exercise in your routine💪
