Ocean Tag Textile and Mixed Media

Using a fabric made from the Splash technique in my Textile Color series, and some other bits, I made a simple and fun mixed media ocean theme tag. This project could be made on a greeting or note care.
Supplies and materials –
Fabric made from my Splash textile coloring technique
Blank tag
Artist gel medium (Mod Podge may work)
Jacquard Textile Color paint
Embroidery floss and needle
Fish stamped on organza
Painted cheesecloth
Snips or scissors
Shell, a charm, and raffia
