Swap my BMW R1250GS for an R1250GS Adventure?

As 'Bertha' approaches her 2nd Birthday and with no complaints of note, I am considering changing her for a BMW R1250GS Adventure TE 'Exclusive'.

Here is my reasoning on the trip up to try a 1250 Adventure, some of the test ride and my thoughts after. Love to know in the comments, should I or shouldn't I?
