Infraspinatus and teres minor: external rotation with the arm at the side.
Supraspinatus: abduction
Subscapularis and teres major: internal rotation. Teres major also adducts and extends the shoulder.
Latissimus dorsi and pectoralis major: adduction and internal rotation. The latissimus dorsi extends the shoulder. The pectoralis major flexes the shoulder.
