Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke Friday after officials announced that Hamas released two U.S. hostages. The freed hostages, a mother and a daughter, were identified as Judith Tai Raanan and Natalie Shoshana Raanan, according to a spokesperson for the Israeli prime minister's office.
