We live in increasingly diverse nations. But our friends are often just like us. Why is this? And why does it really matter?
Jon is a founder and Director at The Challenge, the largest social integration charity in the UK. Jon first moved to London to start a career as a stand-up comedian but instead found himself building a rather atypical career in youth work, management consultancy, community work and international development including time at the Acumen Fund, Tearfund and McKinsey & Company.
