Flood Damaged SNOW MACHINE - Can I Repair it?

In this video I attempt to repair a SW-2 Snow Machine that has failed due to a flood in a school over 2 years ago. When powered on it trips the electrics even 2 years later.
Can it be fixed? Let's find out.
