Besides the obvious one-hit-kill weapons, here are kill times for all wieldable weapons in Halo 3, including turrets.

The digital clock I used in the video divided the seconds into 60 parts (right side of colon), which is quite confusing for comparing the values. Here are the times converted into decimal:
