Dunstan's test for glycerol

Here we use borax and phenolphthalein for this test. By mistake (slip of tongue)🙂 few times I have mentioned NaOH instead of phenolphthalein. However I have performed it with phenolphthalein. There is no use of NaOH in this test. Actually we are very much habituated with the pink colour of phenolphthalein in NaOH, so it was an unintentional error during the dictation from my side. I hope you can understand. 🙂🙂🙂
