Vlogmas Day 2! The Perfect Chicken Stew.

Sometimes the chicken stew doesn’t hit the right way if it is not with “hard chicken”. Do you agree? Well maybe after trying this recipe you will!

Ingredients:
2.6lb (hard) chicken /hen/ stew chicken
300g shallots
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion
2 tablespoons granulated onions
2 tablespoons Lawry’s chicken and herb rub
2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ dried oregano
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 quart tomato purée
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 bay leaves
