PlayStation 3 NEC TOKIN Cap correctly fixing this issue (Best Method), the Tekkies Team walk thought how to fix your ps3 ylod with out reflow your gpu chip, Reflowing you gpu will cause damage to the GPU. Replacing the problem is the correct way to do this repair. If you still have issue then reflow the Board last resort. We do replace both side chip due to most cap are not to spec thus fix total issue.

or you can use 3 470uf caps instead of 4 330uf if you like we suggest 4 330uf little cheaper.

The NEC/TOKIN Capacitors have the serial number 0E128 - 1200uF "Phat Models" and 0E108 "Slim Models" - 1000uF Capacitance respectively.
