Story: 5 long years have passed since Mason was killed (4 years since the events of Part 3) Beth is struggling with hallucinations and visions of Mason. She believes the only way to cure it is to see for herself that Mason is actually dead. However things don't go to plan and the evil itself is bought back from the dead to continue his killing spree once again.
