I am doing Level 4 Bakery Course here in Christchurch, New Zealand at Ara Polytechnic. So I thought I will share with you a general overall look of my college with you all.

Great facilities, experienced faculties and lovely environment is how I will describe my college. Learning a lot and that is how sharing with you all too.. Most of my baking recipes that I share with you all is from what I learn in the college.
