» Jaclyn's Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe//
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter (room temp)
2 cups of light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups of flower
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt (I add a couple more shakes:) )
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of espresso instant coffee
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of dark chocolate bar chopped (add shavings too)

Instructions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. beat butter & sugar until fluffy
3. add eggs
4. add vanilla
5. mix dry ingredients together
6. add dry ingredients to wet ingredients (a little at a time)
7. add chocolate chips
8. bake for 9-10 minutes
