Catch n' Cook Pikeminnow | Are Pikeminnow Edible?

Can you eat northern pikeminnows? I cooked one for the first time and it actually tasted good! After the first bite though, I found a lot of thin, flaky bones in it. Maybe you could get rid of them by pressure cooking it?

We still need to kill these fish as they are taking over rivers and lakes. During the early 2000s Fish & Game underwent a massive operation to kill the pikeminnows that were destroying Cascade Lake. Now about a decade later, Cascade has some of the finest perch fishing in the state! Don't let these fish take over Lucky Peak Reservoir, too!
