What will Indonesia be like 25 years from now? Imagining the country's future in 2045 means looking back through several decades (even millennia) on how the progress has been. The society's ongoing journey as a democracy has been buoyant—living in peace, stability, and working towards prosperity. We have performed well, maintaining its economic indicators in the last few decades. We are on the right track, but financial inclusion (a prerequisite to innovation) and regulatory oversights need to be game-changed.
