Analysis of the Modern 10-Pin Bowling Swing and Release by Dean Champ

This video was made using slow motion footage to analyse the modern 10-Pin Bowling swing and release. Areas of analysis are the swing plane, knee continuation, the hinge, balance arm forward - thumb down, the apex of the swing, working the inside, the release - cupped to uncupped, the release - cocked to uncocked, and the follow through.

Bowlers featured include PBA stars Chris Barnes, Mike Fagan, Sean Rash, Bill O'Neill, Tommy Jones, Mika Koivuniemi, Rhino Page, Dominic Barrett, Martin Larsen, Norm Duke, Pete Weber, Wes Malott, Robert Smith, Mike DeVaney, Choi Won Young and more....
