Acer Aspire 3 A315 A317 Series Notebook Disassembly Repair Guide Replace m.2 SSD HDD Battery Upgrade

In this quick video i will show you how to open / disassembly a brandnew 2019/2020 Acer Aspire 3 Laptop (in this video i use a model A317-51G-71ME with 12GB RAM, 10th Generation Intel i7). The model A315 is similar with 15.6" inch display.

You can also see that the keyboard is fixed on the top cover. If you wanna replace the keyboard, better you replace the complete top cover.

- Upgrade the ram
This model had 4GB fixed on the motherboard and 8GB in this slot. You can replace it with a 16GB DDR4 2666 RAM - total of 20GB - this is the maximum Acer said. But some guys upgraded it with a 32GB RAM (total 36GB) and it runs perfekt, but no warranty.

- Replace the bios battery (special CR2032 with connector)
- Replace the m.2 NVMe SSD (in this video u can se a Intel 660p NVME 1TB)
