How to Make Chocolate Words | Easy for Names and Monograms

I hope you enjoyed the video ! This is a different approach to making words and lettering from chocolate.
Its often so tricky to make words and then half the time they break when transferring them to your dessert. This i found to be a better technique that helps give a sturdier structure with less breakage.

I tend to use Wilton Candy Melts for my videos, however you can use cooking chocolate or Chocolate bark. They melt and set back up easily. Most other dark chocolates you buy need to be tempered which is a step that can prove tricky.
