Matek VRX-1G3-V2 & VTX Range Test (and 1.3/2.4 Notch Filter Test)

I was getting jumpy RSSI on my 2.4g L9R control on the maiden flight even at close range (though the video was pretty good). So on this flight I'm testing two things:
1. effect of installing a notch filter and ferrite on the Matek 1G3 VTX
2. the range of Matek goggle VRX and VTX

Note: It is *very* likely the video and L9R both conked out at ~10km because I lost line-of-sight, given that I stayed at or under 400 feet the whole time. Testing at another site where I could maintain LOS flying under 400 feet, I still had more than 50% stable RSSI and mostly clear video at 10km.

On this flight, I discovered something significant about making the Matek goggle module work. If anyone has ideas how I can FIX this so that I don't have to do my 'hands on' mod... PLEASE speak up!
