King of the Hammers 2021 - Mason Converse Media Adventures

Even COVID couldn't stop King of the Hammers from being an epic event!

After Winter 4X4 Jamboree in Sand Hollow, we spent a few weeks exploring the Greater Zion area and planning for our next adventure -- 10 days in Johnson Valley California for the 2021 King of the Hammers race event. It was not our first time on the dry lake bed but the weather can be unpredictable and it was supposed to be quite cold, so we overpacked in an attempt to be ready for anything. We picked up an RV in Vegas and headed further west. We ended up having over a week of beautiful SoCal days and slightly chilly nights, perfect weather for rock crawling and racing!

KOH is an amazing event and everyone's experience tends to be a little different. Check out what KOH 2021 looked like for us, we had such a rad time!
