3 Minute Mindful Breathing | Mental Focus & Clarity

Join me for this 3 minute breathing exercise for mental focus & clarity. For 3 minutes we are going to use a 3x2x7 technique. Inhale on the count of 3, hold for 2 and exhale on the count of 7. There are many variations of this technique, you can change the numbers around to achieve different goals. In this video, the exhales are longer to activate a relaxation response in the body. Remember to keep your breaths soft and relaxed.
