2017 Mazda3 Grand Touring Sedan Test Drive Video Review

The compact car segment is very competitive and the Mazda3 relies on driving experience to set itself apart from the pack. Not all brands really care about giving you an enjoyable driving experience. Sure the supercars and exotic cars care about it but in the real world Mazda creates cars with personality. For the 2017 model year the Mazda3 has received a mid-cycle refresh. Prices range from $18,895 for the base Sport Sedan model up to $24,945 for the Grand Touring Hatchback.

Under the hood there are 2 different engine choices. On the lower models you get a 2.0 liter SkyActiv 4-cylinder making 155 horsepower. Step up to the Grand Touring Trims and you get a 2.5 liter SkyActiv 4-cylinder making 184 horsepower. The transmission is a 6-speed automatic. Fuel economy is 27 MPG in the city and 37 MPG on the highway.
