How to Make a Stylish Ash Wood Chair: Step-by-Step BAR STOOL.

In this video, I'll demonstrate how to make a chair. For this project, I'll be using ash wood that I previously cut on the Felder band saw in one of my previous videos. First, I'll create plywood templates. Making plywood templates is a crucial step in the project realization process as they allow visualizing the final object or detail before actual manufacturing begins. This helps identify potential issues, make adjustments, and refine the design early on, ultimately saving time and costs. Plywood templates can also be used to check the dimensions and proportions of the furniture. Then, I'll move on to cutting the ash wood on the circular saw. For sanding, I used both hand sanders and stationary ones such as drum sanders and belt sanders. For joining the parts, I chose the Domino from Festool, as it provides strong and precise connections. As for the finish, I applied Osmo oil-wax.
