Deep Healing I AM Affirmations: LET GO of Anxiety, Fear and Worries - Detox Your Mind and Heart. A ‘CALMING REMIX’ version of my standard I AM affirmations with drums and chanting. 432Hz tuned music combined with Gamma 55Hz—a frequency that is said to hold the same Light codes as photonic Light waves being showered upon Mother Earth and all life on it, at this time of exponential Awakening. It starts with a 10-minute 'self-pep talk' before flowing into a constant stream of I AM affirmations. FREEING YOURSELF and AWAKENING the KNOWING within you of who you truly are; a Powerful, Wise and Loving Being of Light. Here to learn, heal and expand. Here to contribute to the raising of our collective vibration. Releasing and healing fear within ourselves raises our vibration and thus raises the vibration of humanity as a whole. We need it!

Anxiety, fear, and worries are just feedback from life that we are 'swimming upstream' and resisting life. Not trusting it. Not surrendering and accepting life. Not fully loving and respecting oneself. Still focusing on negativity instead of solutions and possibilities. Still blaming and not taking 100% responsibility. It´s not about being positive. It´s about being real. Life is what we say it is.

Life is the playing field that serves the opportunity for the Soul and Personality to work together towards your Purpose. Mother Earth is the school for the most courageous Souls. It´s time to LET GO. Everything happens for you, not to you. It depends on what YOU CHOOSE to define it. This session is a tool for redefining reality. You are much more than you think you are. You are a beautiful expression of life. It´s time surrender, trust and shine your Magnificent Light for the Highest Good of every Soul involved.
