Jacket sleeve buttonholes cut

In this video I vent my frustration at designers who do not understand sleeve construction. Because if they did they would understand that their customers have different arm lengths. And that means the jacket sleeves need to be shortened. Shortening the sleeve on a lined jacket with cut buttonholes is impossible. The only option is from the sleeve cap.
